Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years of experience in headhunting and talent sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an international student background.
- Understanding of the Web3 industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong paperwork skills.
- Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and recruitment processes.
