Singapore YSB CONSTRUCTION & TRADING PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review QA/QC Procedures, ITP, welding procedures specification (WPS), processes, and documentation in order to determine that applicable welding code and design requirements are satisfied Inspection of Tankage, Structural and Piping welding in fabrication and erection of Refinery piping & Power piping components involving materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, GRP etc.
- Perform qualified NDE, visual & dimensional inspection (initial, in-process & final QC inspection).
- To prepare Piping System mark-ups and Test pack.
- To provide identification & traceability report of critical parts/items in standard format.
- Carry out Material Inspections.
- Prepare final dossier for document submission (MDR) as per project requirements.
- To review Tankage / Piping / Structural drawings.
- Monitor welding activities of sub-contractors welding work.
- Performs quality control activities for assigned program(s) and project(s) to ensure that products or services provided meet customer and contract requirements.
- Ensures quality inspections/surveillances for commissioning activities are performed and documented.
- Site inspection work include Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT) / Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI)
- Responsible for Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, Ultrasonic test (UT), Radiography test, Welder Qualification Test (WQT), Non-Destructive Test (NDT)
- Issue Non-Conformance Report and follow-up action.
- Individual is expected to work in a team to obtain results, self-motivated/directed, ability to organize and supervise activities with mínimal supervision.
- Assist in other related operational duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in performing QA/QC functions as described above
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- CAWI Certificate
- Certified NDE inspector on PCN / ASNT - Level 2/3 for PT/MPI/RT/UT
- ASME Certificate for inspection.
- Should be Familiar with AutoCAD
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Ability to perform QMS Audits
- Knowledge in NDT Operations
