This role sits with Cuba Libre, our vibrant and popular entertainment establishment in the Clarke Quay, Singapore.

**We are looking for a Senior Bartender that will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with proficiency and creativity. As a Senior Bartender you will**:

- Possess an extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, including classic and contemporary creations, and the ability to suggest and create new cocktails based on customer preferences and ingredients available.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate beverage delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and rotation of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the beverage menu, taking into consideration current trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring they adhere to high standards of drink preparation, customer service, and bar etiquette.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and communicating ordering needs to the appropriate personnel.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Tender or Senior Bar Tender, preferably in a high-volume or upscale establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and an extensive understanding of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact and engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Salary**: $2,048.47 - $4,122.56 per month
