DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (6-month contract), GEO

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Centre for Global Education and Opportunities (GEO).
- Develop new short-term study Programmes (SSPs) to ASEAN countries.
- Engagement with stakeholders e.g. partners, finance office, vendors, students.
- Prepare funding/end of programme reports for funding agencies/funders.
- Conduct outreach programmes such as info sessions and engage students, encourage them to take up the SSPs to the ASEAN destinations, and to provide student advisory services and support.
- Organise industry engagement SSP activities/events e.g. talks, workshops.
- Prepare publicity materials such as social media posts, EDMs, and video clips to engage the students and alumi.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / degree holder, preferably with programme delivery and event planning/management experience.
- Familiarity with operations in global education.
- At least two years of experience running student programmes at university-level and/or managing cross-cultural student events.
- Enjoys working with tertiary students of different nationalities.
- Has good interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Is a creative problem-solver, has initiative and is resourceful, responsible and resilient.
- Communicates well - both written and spoken, and is confident of leading tertiary students of different nationalities.
- Is meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
- Is technology and social media-savvy; able to use design software to develop publicity materials.
