We help to ensure the smooth flow of the millions of containers of goods that pass through one of the busiest ports in the world yearly. DESIGNATION : Management Trainee / Entry Level / Pasir Panjang

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization.
- Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives.
- Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Provide administrative support (eg. Operations report & meeting minutes).
- Participate in company’s strategic planning.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Traveling to site offices and participating in daily operations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and skills
- Experience in management or similar/relevant field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent math and computational ability.
- Effective communication skills.
- A degree in Management / Business or equivalent.
