I

n your new role you will: S
- upport of product development projects of Divisions and/or Backend package development projects - design of lead frame based packages or modules - creation of technical package drawings with AutoCAD or Inventor - maintenance of drawings in SAP database. R
- esponsible for drafting of 2D/3D lead frame and package drawings based on assembly, package technology and lead frame fabrication design rules. S
- upport new lead frame tool up with supplier, coordinate lead frame ordering, design review and first article inspection until project completion. R
- esponsible for the accuracy of lead frame and package drawings, dimensioning and tolerances. - Ensure all drawings are aligned to industrial or internal standards/templates and best practices. M
- aintenance of lead frame and package drawings in the documentation system in accordance to project release. S
- upport as team member in lead frame design from pre-development,package concept phase to project ramp-up phase for all lead frame design related matters. S
- upport segment operation in lead frame and package drawing change management in terms of drawings update. A
- ctively engage with lead frame supplier for technical discussions,design review, challenging technically towards suppliers in terms of limitation of design rules (by lead frame suppliers). S
- upport in problem solving (e.g. 8D) in case of lead frame design-related failures during project development.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with min. 10 years' experience in Power Package Lead frame design. K
- nowledge in different lead frame manufacturing processes, material properties (chemical, mechanical and electrical) of metals/alloys and its surface interactions behavior (bulk material and plating layer characteristics) will be advantageous. S
- trong knowledge in AutoCAD and/or 3D Inventor software. P
- roficient in mechanical drawing interpretations such as Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). P
- roficient in risk analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as DFMEA, 8D and 5-Why. C
- reative in solving LF design issues related to thermal, electrical and manufacturability challenges in Assembly packaging. S
- elf-motivated, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
