Sales and Service Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new or existing business opportunities within the marine industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
**Technical Support and Service**:
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team or third party to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- End to end solution of customer enquiry and resolution
- Oversee the execution of marine service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service to clients.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Ensuring generation of service reports as per services rendered on board vessel or in workshop
- Ensuring service reports and other relevant documentation are signed by end client up to the satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferable Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales/service within the marine industry, with a strong understanding of marine products and services.
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in marine engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work/attends calls outside normal working hours
