As a **Mainframe System Engineer,** you are responsible for Plan, Install, Manage, and administer Mainframe, Upgrades and Maintenance.

**What you will do**:

- Plan, Install, Manage, and administer Mainframe, Upgrades and Maintenance
- Manage and deliver support for z/OS, DB2, IBM TWS, IBM RACF, IBM RMM, IBM SDSF, SMP/E, IODF.
- Responsible in installing, upgrading, and administering IBM, CA and BMC products.
- Responsible in managing DFSMS suite - DSS, HSM, RMM, VTL and replication.
- Managing enterprise Mainframe Storage Systems - Disk and Virtual Tape
- Working on Mainframe recovery, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring using Mainframe LPARs
- Develop/Maintain/Improve in-house programs and utilities in COBOL, REXX.
- Experience with MF Data Center and MF network (VTAM, TCPIP and TN3270)
- Perform performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of Mainframe Systems.
- Implement project and internal initiative responsibilities as assigned or delegated.
- Diagnose and resolve environment system abends and abnormal operating problems using system logs and other available logs and documents.
- Perform problem diagnostics and resolution as well as change management.
- Collaborate with other team members within the same Information Technology (IT) departments, functional users, and vendors to provide guidance and supervise project implementation.
- Provide 24*7 on-call support Mainframe Infrastructure.
- Meet or exceed customer SLA.
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 8 years of relevant Mainframe experience.
- Hands-on experience in z/OS, DB2, IBM TWS, IBM RACF, IBM RMM, IBM SDSF, SMP/E, IODF.
- Experience managing enterprise Mainframe Storage Systems - Disk and Virtual Tape
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
