Electrical Wiring and Maintenance Supervisor

Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Electrical works supervision, Co-ordination and inspections experience preferably
- Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Representing Electrical department at coordination meetings.
- Align and position electrical wiring to prepare them for welding or sealing
- Other general labour and construction related duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to peform intense manual labour

Knowledge of electrical drawings and schematics

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong leadership skills

Preferably 5-6 years of experience

Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.

ITE Nitec in Electrical Wiring is minimum education required
