**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Data Scientist**, **Machine Learning Engineer**, or similar data-driven role.
- Strong proficiency in **programming languages** such as **Python**, **R**, **SQL**, and familiarity with **data manipulation libraries** (e.g., **Pandas**, **NumPy**, **SciPy**).
- Solid understanding of **machine learning algorithms** (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.) and experience with **modeling tools** such as **scikit-learn**, **TensorFlow**, **Keras**, or **PyTorch**.
- Expertise in **statistical analysis** and methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Experience working with large datasets and using **big data technologies** (e.g., **Hadoop**, **Spark**, **AWS**, **Azure**).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., **Matplotlib**, **Seaborn**, **Tableau**, **Power BI**).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
- Familiarity with **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** and **computer vision** techniques.
- Experience with **data wrangling** and working with unstructured data.
- Knowledge of **DevOps** practices related to data science (e.g., containerization with Docker, CI/CD pipelines for models).
- Understanding of **business intelligence tools** and how data science can drive business strategy.
