Regional Product Manager Colour, Fruit & Vegetable - Regional Innovation APAC - Your future position?
As the Regional Product Manager Colour, Fruit & Vegetable under the Taste & Wellbeing division you will manage assigned products, develop strategies and give direction to all marketing efforts to ensure Givaudan's leading position within the relevant market.

**Your responsibilities will involve**:
Manage assigned regional portfolio to ensure it is relevant, complete, profitable, and aligned with our strategy
Lead the Definition, Development and Commercialization of any regionally-driven product development working collaboratively with the Global Product Manager
Identify non-performing products and recommend deletion
Help deliver Sales and Gross Margin targets, working collaboratively with Product & Portfolio Director and pricing team to define price levels
Define Product & Technology Needs and gaps, measure opportunities, and establish business justification for new regional projects. In collaboration with the GMP validate that solutions provided meet defined regional needs.
Identify gaps and provide feedback to GPM on regional opportunities and needs.
Gather and provide market justification and local market requirements to the Global Product Manager for the business contract (e.g. sales/profit projections, regulatory requirements, product performance expectations)
Contribute to the global product strategy built by the Global Product Managers (be the voice of APAC).
Working with the Innovation platform CM, promote external product launch in the region (e.g. jointly develop promotional plan, arrange sales team training, support sales in customer visits, resolve issues affecting commercial plan)
Ensure technical group is prepared to support the external launch of new products and technologies
Develop knowledge of competitor products including Givaudan market share, communicate changes and recommend corrective responses
Ensure that new ingredients and regional versions of innovation are provided to all sub regions with all appropriate information related to the new products (regulatory requirement, pricing)
Work with regional portfolio Manager to upload new collections

**Your professional profile includes**:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical background such as Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Bio-technology
7+ years' experience of Technical or B2B Marketing experience in food or flavour industry especially in natural food colours/food colours
Experience working with people from technical and innovation related backgrounds
Proficiency in English with the ability to work with peers across multiple teams, markets and cultures
An appetite for success, monitoring performance and continuous improvement
