**NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**Operations - FOH**
- Ensure service offered is of the highest quality and make the customer feels welcome at all times - Be the Service Ambassador
- To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu
- To prepare the shop for opening, and ensure cleanliness in the shop after closing
- Taking customer orders
- Make menu recommendations and perform up-selling skills
- To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged accurately
- To be efficient and create high turnover during peak period while maintaining service standards
- Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards colleague and customers

**Operations - BOH**
- Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required
- Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
- Always ensure appealing food presentation
- Prepare and cook food in designated areas
- Monitor food inventories and place orders
- Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times
- To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times
- Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team-
