**Position available: M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) x 3**

Full-time/Contract for 27 weeks with option to renew for up to three months
**Job will commence by 2 December 2024, availability by end November preferred**

**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly experienced and certified M&E RTO with strong experience to provide technical expertise, guidance, and oversight to ensure M&E installation works to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant authority standards, regulations, and codes
- Conduct inspections, and audits
- Enforce M&E safety policies and procedures
- Enforce and implement M&E designs, installations, and modifications approved by consultant
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain records and reports
- Check and verify M&E installation works to approved shop drawings
- Check and verify M&E materials on site are approved by consultant

**Requirements**:

- IES certification (mandatory)
- Strong track record in M&E engineering, maintenance, or operations
- Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a construction environment
- Meticulous and honest

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6.5 months

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month

**Experience**:

- M&E RTO: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- IES certification (required)
