That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better. **Purpose Of Role**: - Exposure to the foundation of digital media & general content marketing. - Learn more about campaign planning, optimization and review - Learn more about digital media solution like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada Ads. - Understand the changing trends of digital media & technologies - Understand cost-effective marketing with better tracking and measurable results - Understand and gain hands-on experience to support digital marketing campaigns - Communicate across a diverse organization with different cultures, geographies, and preferences **Your Impact**: Campaign management - Digital Campaign Management - Digital Assets Management - Communications & campaign support regionally on design & content - Brainstorming session for new campaign & strategy Digital Content Creation & Management - Assist with engaging SEO content on websites - SEO keyword research & planning - Competitor analysis for keyword & content strategy - Stay up to date on SEO trends Paid Media Support - Monitoring on paid ads performance; Meta, Google & TikTok - Checks on ad-previews; Meta, Google & TikTok - Research keywords for paid media campaigns Analytics & Reporting - Use tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Shopee & Lazada analytics to report insights - Provide insights through data analysis to improve future campaigns. **Qualification**: - Has a strong interest in Sports/Fitness (considering a future career in this industry) - A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven - Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency - Able to work with a team/independently where needed - Willing to listen, to include and to respect the beliefs of teammates - Some previous/current experience in the field of Digital Marketing - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel & Powerpoint **Application Process**: - Internship period: Jan - Jun 2025 - Virtual interview with the recruiter and Hiring Managers - Offer timeline: Nov/Dec 2024 **Workplace Location**: - Location: Singapore, Suntec City - Return To Work Designation: Full time, 5 working days (2-days WFH) **Relocation**: - No relocation provided **Base Compensation**: Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
