Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

- Build, manage and support consumer-facing marketing programs
- Develop digital marketing strategy for content management, web marketing and online lead generation
- Support the sales teams with a progressive view to manage various marketing activities, including paid search, keyword research, campaign management, ad landing page optimisation, etc
- Set up and execute on acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to reach conversion targets
- Develop and track marketing analytics for web and social media
- Develop, champion and manage social media marketing for the business
- Monitor performance marketing effectiveness, give actionable recommendations and report directly to the Head of Department
- Work closely with sales teams and coordinate your activities for cost-effective campaigns
- Focus on the continuous performance improvement of all marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, opportunities, and learnings in digital marketing
- Strategically think about onsite campaigns that should be amplified and work with Business Development Team for regional execution
- Integrate digital tracking into offline direct marketing activities
- Support marketing department in executing marketing plans and promotions
- Conduct club audits to ensure adhesion to marketing and communications branding and copy guidelines.
- Admin duties of Marketing Department - filing, billing, processing of invoice, requisition of stationery
- Assist in marcom projects when assigned
- Assist in filming requests
- Photography for club events when assigned
- Sourcing and procuring of club merchandise
- All duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:

- Should possess at least Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
- At least 3 years’ experience in related field
- Digital marketing experience is a must
- Data-driven with the ability to analyse campaign results and determine ROI
- Good understanding of lead generation and customer marketing, and measuring outcomes
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners at all levels
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Team player, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Superior knowledge of web platforms such as wordpress
- Superior knowledge of social media landscape, networks and toolsets
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
