Stag Match is looking for a Full time / Freelance CPE Edutrust personal.

The CPE Edutrust personal will be required to assist in the Execute, formulation, monitoring and review of Institution policies, processes, and systems in place for the Singapore Private Education Sector. Other tasks include but not limited to:

- Carry out and execute the process reviews on operations
- Ensure the school compliance to ERF/ Edutrust standard
- Ensure operation compliance to ERF/ Edutrust standard
- Carry out document audits and checks on documents (i.e Student Contracts, Orientation materials, etc
- Writing Survey analysis reports on improvement
- Development of the Quality Management Procedures, Guidelines, and Working Instructions
- Management of Internal and External Quality Assurance Activities
- Monitor CPE regulations (ERF and EduTrust) and policies on approval, reapproval and ensure compliance
- Audits and site assessment
- Conduct internal audits of the academic and administrative departments and submit reports to ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the Team Lead for e.g. minutes taking, filing of documents etc.
- Coordinating with the Board of Academic and stakeholder

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Meticulous and eye for detail when checking multiple documents
- Large capacity to learn and embracing challenges
- Highly process driven and able to deliver work with timeliness and quality
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, plans, submissions, and complex correspondence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Edutrust: 1 year (preferred)
- CPE: 1 year (preferred)
