**Leadership**
- Continuously seeks to maximize client satisfaction levels, creates concrete action plans, and implements them with enthusiasm
- With the support of Managing Directors (MD) and Executive Directors (ED), exhibits leadership as the driving force behind projects
- Always has a good grasp of the clients’ assessment of the project team, and closely communicates the matter with MDs and EDs
- Thoroughly understands the intentions of MDs and EDs and makes an effort to proactively expand his/her own areas of responsibilities
- Accurately understands the contents and difficulty levels of assignments and appropriately delegates jobs/gives instructions to the project members
- Supervises the performances of Associates/Analysts and takes responsibility over the accuracy of their work products
- Serves as a good role model for Associates and below

**Revenue Contribution**
- Contributes to the maximization of overall Merger & Acquisition (M & A) Advisory Team revenues by actively supporting the MDs/EDs in their pursuits for revenue opportunities

**General Knowledge of Industrial Sectors**
- Has significant knowledge across several industrial sectors and understands how such sectors are perceived by the market
- Assesses the trends of global capital markets primarily of Japan, Asia and Oceania and monitors the behaviors of the competition

**Experience in/Knowledge of the Investment Banking Business**
- Has significant experience in advisory business
- Has sufficient knowledge on transaction processes
- Thoroughly understands the role of an investment banking professional
- Familiar with managing Japanese corporates

**Project Execution Capability**
- Has the ability to simultaneously drive multiple projects
- Analyze/assesses businesses multi-dimensionally and comes up with a fair valuation range
- Through repeated simulation of the overall presentation flows, structures presentation materials that are logical and appropriate
- Promotes smooth communication within the team and achieves consensus through constructive dialogue

- Builds close relationships with the project team members of client companies

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in the banking industry
- Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, degree from a Japanese university or equivalent is required to liaise with Japanese stakeholders, prepare material and make presentation to Japanese BoD members/senior executives of MUFG.
- Has sufficient knowledge on transaction process
- Has the ability to simultaneously drive multiple projects
- Has superior presentation skills
