**Responbilities**
- To develop, roll-out and maintain clusterprojects reviews governance and processincluding reporting needs so as to improve deliver to fidelity and drive better budget utilization.
- Advice, support and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure compliance with cluster governance.
- Support Annual IT Work Plan Budget exercise for cluster IT budgets. This involves working with many project managers and functional analysts.
- Support, coordinate and work with various teams within IHiS to cater for end-to-end needs (from budget submission to billing process) of annual IT workplan budget. Include charge-out computation
- Provide financial analysis of IT spending (from IT budget, utilization to variance analysis).
- Support cluster finance with cash-flow expenditure forecast and utilization with analysis.
- Manage capital budget substitution.
- Prepare quarterly Capex and CITA Charge-out of cluster systems to institutions with proper classification of expenses.
- Prepare and submit funded Projects' progress reports and cash flow projection.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical, conceptualisation andproblem solving skills.
- Meticulous and has an eye for details.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Results and customer oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good Team player and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Automation.
- Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevantworking experience or Diploma holder with more than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
