They provide the best technological solutions in the business of engineering design, system installation, commissioning and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical equipment in commercial building controls systems as well as home automation systems.

**Service Engineer (Multiple Openings)**
- Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist;
- Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader;
- Carry out testing and commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project;
- Provide technical support to the Application Team;
- Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader;
- Support the systems testing related activities with the Project and Application Teams;
- Liaise with sub-contractors to perform site survey for A&A work and to provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method of the installation to the relevant parties for preparation of quotation;
- Deliver good standard of workmanship and ensure accurate quantity and quality of the equipment to be installed at site;
- Conduct in-house training when required;
- Perform standby duty and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
- 2 years’ experience in security systems;
- Strong knowledge in network systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.
