Singapore Singapore Business Federation Full time

You will be part of the Global Group in Singapore Business Federation (SBF) to help Singapore companies Learn, Land and Localise overseas.

You will support SBF Global Group in three key functions: (1) Resolve Singapore business community’s enquiries on overseas expansion, (2) Support Stakeholder Engagement secretariat work, and (3) Support marketing and branding work for GlobalConnect at SBF Community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with enquirers to identify types of assistance required to go global
- Provide enquirers with relevant information to fulfil their needs, and/or to connect enquirers with partners who can fulfil those needs
- Ensure that enquiries are resolved within Service Level Agreement and enquirers are satisfied with the services rendered
- Ensure proper documentation of enquiries

2. Support Stakeholder Engagement (i.e. Global Connect Committee) secretariat work by aiding the committee management, provide event administrative assistance, and consolidate data for reporting. This includes but not limited to:

- Assist in organising quarterly committee meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and coordinating calendar change when necessary
- Provide administrative assistance for events arising from and relating to Global Connect Committee
- Assist in data analysis to provide guidance to stakeholder, enabling them to make important decisions based on the consolidated statistics

3. Support marketing and branding work for GlobalConnect at SBF Community.

4. Provide support to SBF Management on any other tasks assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Good understanding of the needs of SMEs in their internationalisation journeys and able to offer basic advisory services.
- Detail oriented and highly organised.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including ability and experience in engaging stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a team player.
