Organizing, co-ordinating, supervising, directing, programming and monitoring the works for all architectural and finishing trade sub-contractors.
- Provide support and arrange for necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities.
- To resolve all site architectural and interior works coordination issues arising from the subcontractors’ installation works
- Assist in planning of deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment at the site.
- Ensure quality in Architectural works and QA/QC.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
- Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- An advantage if well-versed on issues relating to softscape and hardscape works
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude.

**The Role**
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the subcontractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards
- Conduct inspections with Consultants, arrange for necessary inspections as and when required.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
- Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues, and advise Project Manager immediately.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.
- Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.
- Evaluate technical proposal submission of subcontractors and vendors.
- Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters.
