**About the role**

We are seeking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Visual Merchandiser Executive to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies. This role will be reporting into the Visual Merchandising Manager.

**You will be doing**
- Visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and setup in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for implementing and executing the overall concept of merchandising display, including in-store mannequin and window display
- Improve and maintain visual merchandising standards to meet the Company’s requirements
- Review and update the Company’s visual merchandising guidelines with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Operations’ team
- Train the team to maintain the store’s image
- Access store needs and use your judgement to make locally relevant decision that maximize sales
- To train and work with sales staff on the agreed VM standards and presentation
- To establish and enhance effective teamwork with the sales personnel from operations within the departments you are responsible for maintaining, through open communication and the involvement of relevant sales personnel.
- To place order for signages for promotional events
- Any other duties as assigned.

**You need to have**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fashion retail industry
- Able to work independently and under pressure with tight schedule
- Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in dynamic environment
- Highly creative and interest about fashion and strong styling sense
- Possess good communication skills
- Computer literate ( MUST Basic Microsoft Office - Word / Excel; Illustrator / Photoshop will be an advantage)
- Flexibility to workflow and hours on an ad-hoc basis (midnight shift once a month)
