**Description and Requirements**:
We are looking for a **visionary Private Cloud Development Architect** to design and drive the next generation of our **intelligent private cloud platform**. This is a highly strategic role where you will lead the end-to-end architecture, focusing on **OpenStack technologies** while integrating **Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, and emerging innovations**.

**What You’ll Do**:
**1. Architecture & Technical Leadership**
- Lead the design of robust private cloud architectures with scalability, performance, and high availability at the core.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding teams through complex design decisions and reviews.

**2. Cloud Platform Expertise**
- Architect and optimize **OpenStack solutions** (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance).
- Implement and manage **Kubernetes-based container orchestration** systems.
- Develop solutions for **dynamic scheduling** and **elastic resource scaling**.

**3. Innovation & Emerging Tech**
- Research hybrid cloud, serverless, and AI-integrated cloud solutions to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
- Share strategic technical insights to spark team innovation and strengthen competitive edge.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical architectures.
- Lead design reviews and mentor teams on best practices.
- Deliver clear technical documentation and architectural blueprints.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- **5+ years in cloud architecture** with proven expertise in **OpenStack** and **Kubernetes**.
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack core modules (Nova, Glance, Keystone, Neutron) and large-scale cloud deployments.
- Strong knowledge of major public clouds (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and hybrid cloud setups.
- Skilled with **automation tools** (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Zabbix).
- Excellent communication skills; able to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Contributions to **OpenStack/Kubernetes open-source communities** a strong plus.
