We are seeking a talented individual to join our Impact team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this position, you will collaborate with Client/Development Executives and Bid Sponsors to create compelling tender proposals and presentations. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions that align with client needs and branding strategies.

**We will count on you to**:

- Collaborate with Client/Development Executives and Bid Sponsors to understand bid requirements and the commercial rationale behind them.
- Complete required forms and log into online procurement portals to assist with tender submissions.
- Communicate effectively with the Impact Leader, proposal specialists, and other colleagues to integrate relevant design elements into tender proposals and presentations.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and design collaterals within agreed timeframes, ensuring alignment with the Marsh branding strategy.
- Support the presentation team with pitch rehearsals, providing design insights to enhance visual storytelling while managing project timelines and deadlines.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools is essential.
- Strong creative and visual thinking skills to develop concepts that align with brand identity.
