**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Core Responsibilities - Finance & Operations**
- Handle daily accounting entries, payments, and reconciliations using **Oracle NetSuite**.
- Support month-end closing, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Assist in preparing **financial statements and management reports**in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Support investor relations activities, including preparation of analyses, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Help monitor operational performance and support internal process improvements.

**2. Supporting Tasks - HR & Administration**
- Use **BIPO**HR system to assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Prepare HR documents, onboarding materials, and maintain personnel files.
- Support general office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.

**3. Ad-hoc Projects**
- Provide support for project-based initiatives such as operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Assist in preparing marketing or presentation materials for events or investor communications.
- Participate in cross-functional or process-improvement projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience welcome).
- Knowledge of **accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards**.
- Familiarity with **Oracle NetSuite**(finance) and **BIPO**(HR/payroll) preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese**— able to handle financial and business communication in both languages.
- **Mature, responsible, and quick to learn**, with strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
