**Responsibilities**:

- DEX Aggregator Development:
Design and develop the core architecture of the Swap aggregator, focusing on optimization of aggregation and split-order algorithms.
Research and implement cross-chain and on-chain DEX trading path optimization algorithms to ensure efficient and low-cost transactions.
- On-Chain and Cross-Chain Integration:
Integrate with major blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon) to enable on-chain data parsing and interaction.
Design and implement cross-chain asset transfer logic, optimizing transaction performance and security.
- High-Performance Backend Architecture:
Build highly concurrent, scalable, and reliable backend services to handle high transaction volumes.
Optimize system performance, including latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor the backend development team, setting goals and establishing development standards.
Manage project timelines, collaborating with frontend and product teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Industry Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on Web3, Swap aggregator, and blockchain technology trends, delivering innovative solutions.
Explore emerging on-chain technologies to provide competitive advantages for the company’s products.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Golang with extensive backend development experience.
Deep understanding of Swap aggregator architecture and split-order algorithms, familiar with technical solutions like those used by 1inch and Uniswap.
Expertise in on-chain data parsing and DEX algorithms, including AMM (Automated Market Maker) and order book models.
- Blockchain Experience:
Familiarity with major blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Polygon) and their underlying mechanisms.
Experience in smart contract development or interaction, with the ability to analyze on-chain data and trading logic.
- Architectural Skills:
Proven experience designing high-concurrency, high-availability systems with a focus on performance optimization and complex system decomposition.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and messaging queues.
- Industry Background:
Experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries, with a solid grasp of DEX and Swap aggregator business logic.
Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency market mechanisms, transaction costs, and gas optimization.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
Demonstrated team management experience, capable of leading technical teams to deliver complex projects efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product, frontend, and other cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Rust or Solidity for blockchain development.
- Work experience with benchmark companies (e.g., OKX, 1inch, Jupiter, Unizen, Uniswap, 0x).
- Proven achievements in Swap aggregator algorithm optimization or cross-chain technologies.
- **Proficient in chinese in order to alias Mandarin speaking colleagues and customers.
