**Career Opportunity**:
TaFF is looking for a matured and responsible individual to join its retail team and be in charge of every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the outlet, including sales, staffing duties, stock and resource management.

**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager of DORS, the Store Manager will have to work on the retail shop floor, being connected with the customers and staff. Primarily, he/she will have to ensure that staff give great customer service as well as to monitor the overall performance of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meets sales goals by manages, motivates, mentors the team and to provide appropriate feedback to staff;
- Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about stock control;
- Oversees product pricing, maintains statistical and financial records;
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service;
- Handles frontend customer service feedback;
- Ensure safety, security and administration policies and procedures are adhered to;
- Takes care of retail staff’s career development by having periodical conversations with staff, conducting appraisals as well as organising training programs to upskill staff;
- Maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry; understands forthcoming customer initiatives.

**Prerequisites**:
You should possess minimum 5 years of experience in managing retail store and team preferably in a multi-label retail setup. Other prerequisites and preferred attributes include:

- Ability to commit to retail hours, 5 days per week
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent planning, organising, leadership and motivation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Customer oriented and operation savvy
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve greater heights
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to perform store analysis and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
