Job Description:
**Location: West**
**SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER**
**JOB SCOPE**:
- Manages and oversees accounting functions.
- Supervises and schedules staff in organization support operations.
- Manage the finance team, providing guidance and training
- Maintains integrity of all revenues, complying with organization policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Oversees capital assets projects, ensuring organizations goals are being met.
- Compile fiscal estimates and reporting
- Ensures compliance with accounting procedures
- Prepare and manage production of management accounts in a timely and accurate fashion
- Prepare and analyse financial reports for management meetings
- Review monthly accounts reconciliation
- Liaise with tax agents and ensure timely submission of corporate income tax
- Prepare quarterly reports requested by the authority
- Assist in any ad hoc assignment requested by Finance Director such as yearly budget, tender documents, operational statistics
- Liaise with external auditors and handle yearly external audits and half-yearly audit schedules for Group reporting
- Review and update internal controls SOP for finance functions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Professional certifications CA/ACCA/CPA designation highly preferred.
- Experience with ASX reporting requirements and have the ability to manage financial control processes
- More than Five years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or with a MNC preferred.
