**Language Requirements**:

- Native, business level Japanese proficiency; written & spoken.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Investor relations for Japanese language clients
- Clear explanation of investment strategy, market outlook, risk and fund terms.
- Timely investor on-boardings, due-diligence, documentations, maintenance.
- Working knowledge of AML / CFT, KYC documentations.

2. Fund Operations
- Provide high quality coordination with Singapore fund operations team.
- Work closely with the external Fund Administration and Custodians.

3. Company Operations
- Finance, payroll, bank reconciliation for Japan entity.
- Liaise and resolve audit queries with company auditors and outsourced management accountants.

**Other Requirements**:

- 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in finance industry. Sound knowledge of financial instruments, asset classes and fund practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Organised, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
