The Scientific Support Team consists of a strong core team spread globally. We have an exciting and extremely important position that combines customer facing activities with various internal collaborations to meet our goal of maintaining high customer satisfaction. The team is now growing, and with introduction of a new user-friendly desktop instrument for running the multiplex platform, we are looking for a new key member for this brand-new position in the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive adoption and success of the PEA technology across all company’s users in this research field
- Identify, develop and grow a strong global network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Lead scientific collaborations and interactions with customers, collaborators and KOLs
- Market development in the area of industry, pharma and academic research: Synergize with commercial strategy leaders to identify target key accounts and programs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Train Company’s APAC field organization regularly on the latest developments in and support implementation of company’s capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships for assigned program externally with professional associations and consortia’s (e.g. the SCALLOP consortium) and company’s data at conferences and meetings

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Higher degree (PhD) in Molecular Biology or related discipline
- Established global network in Proteomics world and strong relationships with recognized KOLs, pharma and industrial peers
- A proven track record of scientific drive demonstrated by publications, presentations and other accomplishments
- Strong scientific skills to drive peer-to-peer interactions and collaboration
- Excellent communication and advanced presentation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Previous knowledge and experience with PEA technology is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a commercial team with a customer and service-minded focus is a plus
- Ability to travel
