**JOB SUMMARY**
- Client Coverage Data is a function that sits within Commercial, Corporate & Institutional Banking (CCIB) COO organisation, and is responsible for the data management activities within Client Coverage. The role of the Data Change Analyst is to primarily support the Client Coverage Data team around data management and change management activities such as oversight of data profiling design, development, and release, put together reference guide and training materials, conduct data training to the relevant audience, and data communication strategy and content.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**

Understand the following;
- Group Data Management Standards and all other policies/standards related to data
- Client Coverage Data’s vision and strategy and how it supports Client Coverage’s strategic goals
- Client Coverage Business Plan and its strategic goals and enablers

Ensure the following;
- All changes are in line with the Group Data Management Standards and other relevant data related policies/standards
- All design aspects of the change are fit for purpose, aligned to CCIB CC Data Standards and Principles, and ultimately achieve the required business goals
- Adherence to the relevant CCIB Client Coverage procedures

**Business**
- Be the primary point of contact for data profiling, data communication and data education related enquiries / requirement
- Provide stakeholders guidance and support on all matters related to Client Coverage Data
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand dependencies (inbound and outbound)

**Processes**
- Identify data profiling requirements from change initiatives and impacts to Client Coverage Data
- Maintenance and upkeep of relevant process documents including but not limited to library of data quality rules, data education, data communication, and data reference materials.

**People & Talent**
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis skills using Alteryx, Dataiku, or Informatica
- Demonstrated knowledge of data visualization in Tableau or similar
- Experience working with large data sets and relational databases
- Knowledge in SQL and/or other data query skills
- Knowledge of data quality management will be added plus
- Experience in banking / financial institution preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems to identify core requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to various stakeholder groups
- Ability to work effectively as a self-starter with self-motivation, as well as good organisation skills, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and engage with all levels of management
- Good understanding of the risks related to poor data.
- Innovative mindset that continuously looks out for automated solution rather than manual work around

- Identify risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation or treatment plans are in place
- Actively manage risks and issues identified, and escalate appropriately
- Incorporate appropriate controls when designing processes/solutions

- Ensure all necessary agreements are obtained from the respective Client Coverage Data workstream leads and are auditable

**Other Responsibilities**
- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Singapore Client Coverage Data Team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
- Support the Data Strategy, Design and Architecture (DDSA) team in maintenance of collaboration tool such as the Client Coverage Data Bridge Page, MS Planner and SharePoint
- Support the DDSA team in production and distribution of relevant contents
