Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of insights and marketing research experience across both qualitative and quantitative product research
- Experience in campaign, advertisement, media impact measurement and analysis
- Experience in leading multi-country marketing, communications insights and analysis

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing third-party research agencies
- Experience in developing quantitative analysis and incorporating multiple data sources to come up with actionable insights
- Experience with data analysis languages (i.e. SQL)
- Ability to work effectively across functions and geography
- Ability to understand partners’ strategic background and objectives
- Exceptional analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills

The YouTube Marketing Insights and Measurement team exists to empower the entire marketing organization and YouTube as a whole with vital intelligence about the user, the business, and the competitive marketplace. As Measurement Lead, YouTube Marketing APAC, your role will be to measure the effectiveness of our YouTube B2C Marketing across APAC.

You will be responsible for understanding the team’s needs, crafting an adequate measurement plan, putting the plan to execution by conducting internal and external research projects, consolidating data from different sources and formulating clear and impactful recommendations out of the gathered insights. To do this, you will be working under the responsibility of the YouTube Marketing APAC Head of Insights and Measurement, and in close collaboration with our global YouTube Measurement experts, APAC marketing teams and cross-functional partners, as well as external partners (research agencies, media and creative agencies).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop measurement plan for the B2C marketing planned by YouTube APAC Marketing team, advise on methodologies and Key Performance Indicators
- Coordinate plans with global measurement team and APAC partners, and ensure smooth execution of measurement plans (timings, budgets, management of external research partners)
- Extract learnings by consolidating multiple sources of data including internal data, brand lift surveys, pre-post research and social data analytics
- Develop compelling narratives and recommendations to share insights with research stakeholders
- Be a thought leader for how we approach campaign optimization in APAC; provide support with adapted strategies and methodologies matching the region’s specificities while maintaining global consistency
