**What the role is**
- We are a dynamic team of property market analysts, economists and statisticians responsible for maintaining a stable and sustainable property market in Singapore. As part of the national land use planning authority, we conduct deep real estate and economic research to meet planning objectives and manage land sales.

**What you will be working on**
- We are currently looking for a new hire to conduct in-depth analysis of Singapore’s property market trends and to undertake various data analytics projects to guide policy decision-making.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Degree in economics, statistics, data science, real estate or related disciplines.
- Proficient in statistical software (e.g. R, Stata) that is capable of dealing with large data sets
- Keen to undertake empirical research on the real estate market
- Working experience in organisations that deal with data collection, publication and research; relevant experience in data analytics (e.g. statistical modelling, machine learning techniques) will be an added advantage
- Ability to simplify complex issues and express ideas logically; excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
- Innovative and resourceful
