Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Contract/Cost Management or Business Administration from an accredited university - 8+ years’ of relevant experience in an international Procurement organization performing regional category management, contract negotiation and bidding, with 3+ years managing CAPEX categories - Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, work with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple geographies to manage complex projects within cost and schedule to deliver results - Demonstrated ability to create and implement category strategies, develop pricing models, to influence and execute across all levels of an organization
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Procurement & Supply chain or relevant business discipline
- Industry experience in electric utility, data center, energy, engineering or infrastructure service provider in a commercial/procurement role
- Ability to communicate and report on market intelligence data, including commodity trends and labor indexes
- Experience with creating/improving Procurement processes, systems and tools
