**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Design Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage and coordinate the design and documentation of exciting architectural projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in architecture to gain hands-on experience in BIM and digital design workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the integration of design models across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
- Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and refine design documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of design outputs.
- Assist in resolving design conflicts through model analysis and coordination meetings.
- Support the implementation of BIM workflows and provide training or guidance to team members as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software tools to enhance project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $3,243.00 - $5,300.00 per month
