**About Us**: Singapore Ballet (formerly Singapore Dance Theatre) is Singapore’s premier professional dance company, known for its high standards of artistry and rich performances. We stage six seasons a year and run several outreach events to engage new audiences, playing a pivotal role in the cultural landscape of our nation. We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to drive audience engagement and support our growth as a leading dance company and premier centre for dance education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing Campaign Management**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for performances, events an programs.
- Develop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling visuals and marketing assets
- Track and analyse marketing metrics (campaign performances, social media engagements and tickets sales) to optimise future initiativesReport regular reports on marketing outcomes, audience trends and competitor analysis

**Digital Marketing and Content Management**
- Manage Singapore Ballet’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc), including content planning, production, scheduling and community management
- Ensure content on website is updated at all times and work with external vendors on enhancement to improve the user experience
- Building and maintain relationship with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to secure press coverages
- Monitor and analyse media coverage, regular media clipping and archive
- Maintain updated contact information of media partners and influencers
- Collaborate with artistic team to develop behind-the-scenes content and storytelling opportunities
- Implement strategies to grow and diversify Singapore Ballet’s audience base

**Partnerships and Team Collaboration**
- Plan and execute partnership activations and maximise visibility for partners and sponsors
- Ensure that Singapore Ballet’s branding remains consistent in all partners’ collaterals and platforms
- Develop and monitor metrics for success in all partnership initiatives
- In-charge of front-of-house support for all productions including volunteer recruitment, scheduling, briefing and logistics arrangements
- Working closely with the artistic and production teams to align marketing efforts with organisational objectives
- Supervise intern and/or junior staff, providing guidance and support

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the arts, culture, or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc.).
- An eye for design and proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suites, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the ballet and performing arts scene is a plus.
