We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia region team.

**As Manager/Senior Manager, Finance, we rely on you to**:
Prepare monthly dashboard for senior management, providing in-depth analysis on performance of entities using BI tool - TM1 and equivalents.
Oversee the monthly forecast and annual budgeting process. Prepare slides for presentation to senior management.
Review financial issues flagged by entities within the region and suggest possible remedies in accordance with accounting standards.
Review financial statements of entities assigned, including corporate tax, GST filing and other statutory reporting.
Drive the monthly review of Finance Key Control Checklists to ensure compliance and follow-up on control lapses.
Provide corrective action plans for periodic internal audit reports of hotels and ensure follow-ups are timely.
Review approvals in accordance with Delegation of Authority, ensure bank signatories are updated timely and provide/coordinate support for signatory changes.
Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams for collation of operational data and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:
A Degree in Accountancy from a reputed educational institution
At least 10 years’ experience with at least 2-3 years of audit experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal & communications skills and willingness to learn
Strong presentation skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
Knowledge of Hotel operations and TM1 would be advantageous
