**Position**:IT Project Manager & Solution Lead (Enterprise Applications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Change Management / Influence**:Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, address user resistance, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Requirements Gathering**:Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- **Solution Design & Implementation**:Design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs and align with ESR’s technology strategy.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and solutioning, preferably in the Fund, real Estate, or financial services industries
- Strong understanding of industry-specific IT solutions, project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

- **Communication**:Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- **Empathy**:Understanding and addressing the concerns and emotions of those affected by change

- **Adaptability**:Flexibility to adjust strategies and plans as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-performance and intense environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
