**Description**
- Supporting technical investigations and providing solutions for customer complaints and issues
- Managing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conducting technical product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Support Homologation of Product and liaise with LTA when required
- Support and liaise with product principal on product technical, warranty, as well as product development
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trend and best practices
- Managing and administrate ISO 9001 for Service and Technical Department
- Managing warranty storage warehouse and logistics preparation for return of warranty claimed parts to principal

**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive industry
- Preferably with EV related knowledge
- Preferably with Class 3 & 4 driving license

**Qualification**
- ITE, Diploma or higher, in Mechanical Engineering or related certification

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
