**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional services including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, treatments, and texture services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Mentor junior stylists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Uphold the salon’s brand standards and customer service excellence
- Participate in ongoing education, workshops, and in-house events

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of professional experience**in hairstyling
- Mastery in cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and extensions
- Strong knowledge of various hair types and cultural hair care techniques
- Valid state cosmetology license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Existing client base is a plus
