About the team
The Global Payment UED team is growing at a rapid pace, we’re actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure to drive our growth and provide the best payment service experience for global customers. We are looking for a talented User Experience Designer to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and improve the quality of the products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of UI designers, fostering a creative and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Lead the innovation of visual design while enhancing the overall user experience.
- Drive and manage incubation and innovation projects from concept to execution.
- Develop and standardize a cohesive visual language and design system that balances global consistency with localized adaptations.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and local partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in UI, graphic, or visual design within the internet or digital sector, with a strong track record of impactful projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading design teams or projects.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to translate ideas into innovative and distinctive design solutions.
- Strong awareness of current design trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator (AI)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
