**Job Roles/Responsibilities**:
This position is a duo role:
**1- Warehouse packer**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to assist on managing our warehouse:

- Receiving shipment and doing quality check
- Perform cycle count and physical inventory check
- Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse
- Repacking and preparing orders to be delivered
- Coordinate with drivers for deliveries
- Stewarding / dishwashing for our rental business

**2- Field Service Technician (Water Dispensing Machines)**
- Responsible for performing installations, repairs and maintenance of Premium Water Dispensing Units.
- Perform pre-install assessments/site surveys as required.
- Conduct diagnostics on-site for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Perform workshop repairs/assessments and provide requested information for quoting purposes.
- Liaise with Clients & Customer Service Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Document all work, pre-install, time and travelling time - Process all work orders via computer based program.
- Performing rotating standby duties during and after office hours, weekends & public holidays within the technical team.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time.

**Attributes**:

- Has experience working in a similar or service role - **installation, repairs & maintenance**:

- Has experience in water dispensing / plumbing / cooling systems (Any other related industries will be also considered)
- Has exceptional customer service skills
- Is able to carry boxes
- Is a good team player
- Is highly motivated self-starter with results orientation to complete tasks on time
- Has potential interest of growing into the company and becoming a full time Field Service Technician

**Qualifications Required**:

- Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing or Any other related Skills/Engineering Certs
- Min. 1 year of working experience, as a field technician & warehousing.
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer focus & excellent execution.
- Must be Fluent in English speaking & writing.
- Must Possess own transport (Motorcycle)
- Plumbing License (a plus)
- Electrical License (a plus)

This role is also open for Malaysian citizens.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
