**The Role**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Be Part of a team of cleaners in carrying out day to day cleaning activities
- Monitoring all cleaning activities and ensure cleaners carry out their duties in a safe manner
- Responsible for proper record of cleaners attendance
- Train cleaners on standard activities and provide help and guidance when necessary
- Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed
- Ensure all parlours are cleaned in a timely manner for efficient turnaround
- To time manage and lead cleaners to finish cleaning jobs
- To ensure good safety practices in the course of work

**Skills & Experience:

- **
- Excellent organizational and team management skills (Supervisor)
- Able to operate cleaning machinery
- Billingual in order to communicate with management
- Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mind-set
- Ability to work in a team
- Punctual and Responsible
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
