**JOB SUMMARY**: This is a new hybrid commercial reporting and FP&A role reporting to the APO Senior Finance Manager supporting the "Water and Livestock Poultry & Dairy" Line of Business Country coverage includes ANZ, China, North Asia, Japan, SEA and India Requires a growth mindset, enjoys constant challenges, comfortable with complex data analysis, takes initiative to streamline and implement system and process improvements **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: Prepare APO / country financial and flash reports Support SFDC project implementation and training of users Support APO Senior Finance Manager in FP&A for APO quarterly forecast, annual budget, strategic planning and monthly actual analysis Other ad hoc reporting or projects as required Streamline, standardize reporting requirements and implement process improvement **EDUCATION**: Bachelors degree of equivalent combination of education and experience required. **EXPERIENCE**: 4-6 years of diversified finance experience in commercial reporting, data analytics, pricing analysis, FP&A, and system implementation International exposure, including actively working with remote teams and different functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin **REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: Embraces Change - Welcome advancements and encourage them Constantly seeks improvement - Take ownership and look for ways to streamline and process improve Project Skills - Able to function on a team, in a support function or as an area lead Leadership Skills - Ability to work independently and demonstrates confidence to share ideas Growth mindset - Desires an opportunity to prove oneself through growth to advance career Data Literate - Able to digest data, understand how data connects, create user friendly dashboards and reports.
