**REPORT TO**:Associate
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage 2 to 5 small projects or 1-2 large projects, oversee architecture, interior design, and FF&E.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and report on project profitability and efficiency.
- Make high-level decisions to ensure that project programs, invoicing, and deliverables are maintained.
- Communicate any potential delays, issues and or concerns to Directors.
- Plan to foresee possible outcomes and provide informed solutions.
- Manage resources efficiently while allowing the team to develop and grow under your guidance.
- Build strong rapport with clients and the wider project team.
- Lead client presentations, inform of process to ensure any implications of decisions are understood, and manage end of stage client approval.
- Oversee contract administration throughout all project stages.
- Execute design with creative flair and detail.

**Requirements**:
- College-level degree required (interior design or related field).
- Proven experience in project management within architecture and interior design.

- Advanced knowledge of the design and construction process from concept to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
