The Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage Agile NPI process (automotive / non-automotive) and advocate its utilization globally to align processes. Solicit additional requirements and work with IT to add new Agile features. Coordinate NPI task closure and key milestone approvals to align with product release schedule/targets based on multi-functional team requirements. This role is expected to work closely with key stakeholders to help communicate deliverables to ensure project key milestone is achieved timely.
- Supporting ISO9001 Quality Management System global implementation in various roles such as a lead internal auditor, initiate and drive process improvements including coordinating closure of audit findings.
- Work with stakeholders in defining, clarifying and updating spec requirements. Initiate actions in updating old legacy specifications. Streamline and revamp legacy quality system procedures, update and maintain specifications as required. Document new QMS process specifications to meet current business requirements and close gaps.
- Support Customer, Supplier and Third-Party audits.
- Review customer RFI for non-standard product quality requirements to ensure that internal specifications are aligned to ensure compliance. Drive completion of documentation update as needed.
- Coordinate QA Hold release for product shipments from engineering and production lifecycle by working with multi-functional teams in obtaining customer waivers.
- Drive continuous improvement activities using DMAIC Six Sigma methodologies
- Support the Change control management (PCN) process.

Support Marvell product marking requirements and shipping, packaging labels and materials by working with internal engineering teams and OSATs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science degree from a leading university in electrical engineering, quality, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in a quality system process management, ISO9001 compliance, change control process, product compliance and related processes
- Experience in implementing IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 requirements is highly desired
- Background in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test.
- Demonstrated experience with customer crisis management desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
- Excellent CAPA and Problem Solving skills
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lessons Learned
- Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills
