**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule Transition skills programmes.
- Work closely with relevant training bodies, vendors, Industries Division and the organization to ensure smooth implementation and conduct of Transition Skills training. Ensuring maintenance of training facilities are done timely.
- Make arrangements to schedule various Transition skills training as reflected in the yearly Skills training plan.
- Conduct random checks on the external instructors to ensure proper delivery of training. Initiate immediate follow up actions with Training Providers to rectify discrepancies noted during the check.
- Ensure a proper training database is maintained.
- Verification of invoices and attendances after classes are conducted
- Conduct Job Preparation sessions for inmates inside Prison (i.e Job Profiling, Job Readiness Assessments).
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Associate (Foundation & Transition Skills)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of any discipline
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
