My Masterclass is a well-established tuition centre in Singapore specialising in Secondary Maths and Science education, focusing strongly on the Integrated Programme (IP) syllabus. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor **(experienced in Secondary & IP Math/Chemistry/Physics/Biology)** to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is at least 5 years into their career, with a proven track record in classroom tutoring, who is passionate about education and looking to build a long-term career in the tuition industry.

**Responsibilities**

**Year 1-3**
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions following the IP syllabus for secondary levels.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment for all students. This includes setting clear expectations, managing student behaviour effectively, and fostering a respectful atmosphere.
- Be fully accountable for the academic progress and well-being of all students in your classes by providing timely and constructive feedback.

**Year 4-6 (if aligned with your career growth)**
- Contribute to the development of online learning resources
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior tutors
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students
- Engage in community-building initiatives to foster a strong connection with students and parents
- Managing and own a centre under My Masterclass umbrella.

**Requirements**:

- at least 5 years into their career, demonstrable experience in providing classroom-based tutoring, with experience in providing classroom-based tutoring
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Math & Science Subject.
- A genuine passion for teaching with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for student outcomes and timely communication with parents.
- Looking for a long-term career in the tuition industry and eager to take on additional responsibilities and grow professionally within the company.

**Application Process**

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
