**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a detail-focuses and self-driven individual to join our Finance team as Jr. Financial Analyst. Based in Singapore, you shall report to our Senior Financial Analyst and be responsible for supporting regional reporting, planning, budgeting and performance analysis. In addition, you will serve as a business partner and advisor to field management in translating operating metrics to business and financial performance. Your key responsibilities are:
- Prepare the Company level and Group level reports for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for PnL, CF & BS
- Analysis of the Company and Group performance vs budgets or other comparatives, deep diving into key variances.
- Partner with Business units to highlight risks and opportunities, analyse growth trends and margins.
- Assist in the preparation of regular meeting materials and presentation slides
- Continued process improvements in reporting and budgeting
- Work with accounting teams based in local countries on reviewing and maintaining clean ledgers that best support the business
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**

**Background**
- Degree in Finance & Accountancy or ACCA equivalent preferred.
- Min 1-year relevant working experience in MNC or high-volume environment

**Skills & Qualities**
- General understanding of accounting principles and reporting practices
- Knowledge of the hospitality and e-commerce industry is good to have
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel for processing large volumes of data when building and maintaining the model
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communicator up and down the organization and lateral across functions
- A team player with minimum supervision and the ability to multi-task under a lean workforce.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Good ability in the implementation of new software and structure
- Mature, organized, strong sense of integrity, self-motivated & eager to learn
