- Supporting the credit administration of the Bank
- Ensuring that transactions are complaint with procedures as well as local regulations
- Preparing loan/legal/security documentation for corporate loans and trade finance facilities.
- Work closely with the legal and external advisers.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in credit administration in preparing and reviewing of facility and legal documentation for corporate loans and trade finance facilities
- Strong knowledge of corporate loan and trade finance.
- Sound awareness on Prevention of Money Laundering /Terrorist Financing.
